Amazon Route 53
The Route 53 service is a global Anycast network that can work in conjunction with any web services, but is designed to work well with other AWS offerings. They have the normal bells and whistles for DNS management, but also include DNS failover and load balancing. The SLA is the same as their other offerings, which is 100%.
Pricing:
Pay for what you use. No minimum fee.
Zones:
$0.50 per zone / month for the first 25
$0.10 per zone / month for additional zones
Regular Queries:
$0.500 per million queries / month – up to the first 1 Billion queries
$0.250 per million queries / month – over 1 Billion queries
Latency Based Queries:
$0.750 per million queries / month – up to the first 1 Billion queries
$0.375 per million queries / month – over 1 Billion queries
Failover:
$0.50 per health check / month for IP’s/hostnames within AWS
$0.75 per health check / month for IP’s/hostnames outside of AWS
Free for the first 50 checks within AWS or linked to an AWS account

This system has gotten better and better over time. They have really moved the ball forward and they do not cost very much. I apologize but I like DynECT and UltraDNS the two companies that host Amazon.com’s DNS. However having said that this is an amazing value if you are using junk DNS you might want to think about using this. Uptime is perfect the speed is not very fast but the amount of things you get for the money it is almost as good as NS ONE for value but nothing can beat free right.
My opinion is if you need Geo IP you are most likely able to pay for something a little bit more powerful like DynECT
