I’ve been using NSONE since the alpha stage. And even from that alpha, it never let me and my domain down.
It’s as easy as it is. It only took a couple of seconds to add/ change record.
Yet it’s as advanced as you want it to be. Everything I dream about how a name server should be, NSONE have it all if not more.
Thanks a bunch for adding one more thing that I don’t need to worry about when building website for clients!

We’ve used NSONE since they launched. Their management panel is great for power users – every aspect of the service is configurable and can be set up to automatically adjust based on parameters you define. And they don’t restrict the cool features like geo-targeting to their expensive plans. You can even use NSONE’s to roll your own global CDN.
For developers, they have the best API of any DNS provider I’ve tried…most importantly, it’s well-documented AND includes examples: https://nsone.net/api/
The only issue we ran into was some anycast routing anomalies in Asia, but support was very responsive and able to promptly resolved it.

Very nice features and abilities for a truly unbelievable price. I will not lie you have to be somewhat technical to understand it and feel at home with the interface.
I really like the fact that it has all the capabilities and offers a free plan and reasonably priced higher plans.
It would take a real hard to get you move from DynECT however these guys are doing a lot of things the right way.

Looking forward to trying out all of the advanced features!

The platform is *very* flexible and can seemingly handle simple to complex setups. Their support has been awesome! So far I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have been using ns1 for a week and am confident in saying this is the best DNS service I’ve tried… Godaddy, dynect, Amazon 53, and DNS simple are the ones I’ve also tested.
Not only is the performance better than those but they also do monitoring and directional dns.
