I have been using easyDNS for quite some time now, and I would and do recommend it to anyone and everyone. They are great its super easy to manage my domains through the simple user interface. I even switched from dynDNS.org because easyDNS has been so much easier and the customer service is 1000x better. I dont see how people can complain about the price, its VERY affordable and I have never had down time.
If you are thinking about using them, stop just do it. If you are not satisfied withing the refund time just email them, they will gladly cancel your service without being rude. I did once but then came right back. (the above when a switched from dynDNS)

I had a search around the other day for DNS providers and it looks like easyDNS are one of the few remaining companies that have not been taken over by dynect. I setup an account with them and everything went according to plan (got timely responses to 3 emails I sent). No complaints from me at this stage.

I am happy to pay that little bit extra to take advantage of their greater knowledge than many in the business. I also like the fact that they stood up for free speech recently in the WikiLeaks saga. They have my vote

i moved from nettica to easydns a few days ago and i'm surprised how good the response times for their 2 anycast dns servers are from europe.
nettica was sometimes quite slow as they have 4 of their 5 dns in the us and no anycast, even they had outages in the last time.
also easydns' support is quite fast, they always answer in a few hours and resolve everything or answer in a professional way.

well, the webinterface on nettica was a bit better than that from easydns.

so far i'm happy with that.

I've been using EasyDNS for many years now. They are not the cheapest service out there by any means, but you get what you pay for. When you call their support phone number a human almost instantly answers the phone, and they are extremely knowledgeable.

I once had an issue pop up early on a Saturday morning, sent an email in about the issue, and the president emailed me back, already working on a resolution.

I especially like that I can lock down my account through their Access Control Lists. So I've got the comfort of knowing that should my login information get compromised, someone wouldn't be able to get in without also knowing where they need to access from.

There are a few small things I'd like... such as the ability to use the 'Bulk Whois Editor' across only a portion of my domains, but overall the feature set is fantastic.

Every now and then I get a client asking why I use them when other services are so much less expensive. I'll offer to pay the difference because I know easyDNS will be there.

I've also transfered a few domain names out of their services to competing registrars and services due to website sales, and they let go without a fuss like I've had with other companies.

The biggest draw-back is the price, especially when my USA based credit card company charges me a 3% international transaction fee since they are in Toronto. But I'll gladly pay for a service that simply works like it is supposed to.

What baffles me here is that you pay them a substantial amount of money per year, but they don't have an SLA. Why would you do that??
